Internet Banking Survey
Since 2000 the Norwegian Savings Banks Association has conducted an annual survey of customers´ choice and use of bank and distribution channels such as the Internet, landline/mobile telephones and branches. The survey has also focused on selected themes including security, switching barriers and use of cash as opposed to cards.
From 2010 the survey will be conducted by Finance Norway.
